INVESTMENT CASHFLOW ANALYSIS

Before you invest in a property, we analyse the long-term investment potential by doing an investment cashflow analysis, so you can make a calculated decision when making the purchase.

Signing a Contract

SOLICITORS/CONVEYANCER

​Solicitors will examine the sale contract, check for unpaid rates and land tax on the property, and conduct further research on local government records and plans. Our selected solicitors will go in-depth and investigate whether any illegal building work has been performed.

BUILDING INSPECTION

We organise building and pest inspections once the contract is signed by both parties. The building maintenance will ensure you have information regarding current structural damage and any conditions that may lead to structural damage. Pest inspection identifies the presence of termites and other pests whilst providing a summary highlighting conditions conducive to future activity.
